• v: Waistline
• m: Sleeve - straight arm, from the wrist to the shoulder vertically
• u: Egg - start from the shoulder, following a vertical line bring the meter under the groin and rise up along your back to the shoulder (do a complete circle of the trunk)

In all these measurements the measurement tape must be held well close to the body.
